Upgrade and Return Policy:
- All Items must be in original condition.
- If a diamond or jewelry item has been damaged, New York
Diamond Traders reserves the right to refuse the return,
or refund you the original purchase price less any repair
costs.
- All returns and upgrades must be accompanied with original
collateral materials, such as ring boxes, appraisals, and
Lab Grading Reports. A $250 replacement fee will be charged
for any missing Grading reports.
